☆ intro ☆

Infinite is a group comprised of seven members and they debuted on Music Bank on June 11, 2010, MC Countdown on June 12, 2010, Inkigayo on June 13, 2010 with "Come Back Again". Shortly after, they performed "She's Back". Their goodbye stage was around July 3rd. They celebrated their 100-day anniversary by holding a fan-meeting at Seoul's Time Square, for which the tickets were sold-out in 10 minutes! :D For a short time, it was rumored that Infinite was Tablo and Mithra's group, but later it was confirmed that Epik High were merely older brothers to Infinite and worked under the same label, Woollim. Tablo and Mithra also 'hosted' Infinite's show "You're My Oppa" (links to which I will provide down below).

± Just an FYI, it will sound like I have this terrible Sunggyo bias until you get to Dong Woo. Then you'll think I'm Dongwoo!crazy, but you'll come to Woohyun and realize that I'm just equally obsessed with every. single. member. ±

☆ Kim Sung Gyu 김성규
{ April 28, 1989 : 173 cm : Type A }

He is the leader of Infinite, and sort of indefinitely adorable. His nickname is 'sad eyebrows' which is pretty funny if you think about it. (THE IRONY) This guy is seriously the nicest guy on the planet. You'll see this in YAMO when he has to confront people. He's a total sweetheart and whips out aegyo quite randomly. He has killer leadership qualities, duh, and a really bright smile. Actually, he's just a bright person, generally speaking. You can't help but love this teddy bear. He's also the man vocalist. I read somewhere that he wishes he had teleportation abilities. (Don't even quote me on that). He's really easy to talk to and loves the members dearly, even though they're sort of fail and annoy him sometimes. :D

 

☆ Jang Dong Woo 장동우
{ November 22, 1990 : 175 cm : Type A }

He's known for having a 9999-dimensional personality. (Seriously, I don't even know what sort of a dimension that is. I'm guessing pretty crazy shit would be happening.) But, he's insane and ridiculous, but also innocent and pure. It's like a nice balance of both in a really endearing mix. They call him "Kenyan" because he's got a 'wild look", or so Tablo said in YAMO. Those eyebrows of his are pretty crazy. :D Also, he is the cleanest member and acts like a mother to the members. He's basically just full of contradictions. XD;; YOU WILL LOVE HIM. He is the main rapper and he also dances very well. He said he wanted to be reincarnated as the king of all animals, which, by my limited knowledge of royalty, means a LION. Pretty bad ass, if you ask me. His family own a restaurant.
 

☆ Nam Woo Hyun 남우현
{ February 8, 1991 : 176 cm : Type B }

He's super shy, even though he used to a model. He really likes to cook and the members seem to really like his cooking, but in YAMO, school girls reacted rather harshly to his food. BUT, it really did look good. (Perhaps they were just being bitches). It has been said that he talks a lot in his sleep. He does imitation really well. (You'll see this Infinity Girls.) He's a fan of Pokeman and Digimon and claims to have the broadest shoulders in the group... Yeah, he's pretty much win. He's considered the most arrogant of the members, but come on, boy's got looks. Sungyeol called him a buzz-kill, meaning he ruins the ~mood~ (whatever that means.) But, he was pretty mellow in YAMO and really kind and helpful. /fangirls
 

☆ Lee Ho Won 이호원
{ March 26, 1991 : 175 cm : Type AB }

He's adorable, really no other way to put it. His stage name is Hoya, and he is completely camera!shy. Well, I guess he's more mircophone!shy. :D He is apparently the funniest member, a rapper, one of the vocals, and the main dancer. On YAMO, he introduced himself as "Hoya, the Dance Machine" and someone was all, "Who called you a dance machine?" in genuine curiosity. And, he smiled real big and said, "Me." How can you not love him? Personally, I feel like he doesn't have that big of a first impression, but the more you look at, get to know him, the hotter he seems. He can also do aegyo when he feels like it. :D He said he'd pick his girlfriend over his friends, but I'm sure he was JUST KIDDING. (I hope.) He also said that he's sometimes scared of Sung Yeol, which is pretty understandable considering Sung Yeol's ~ways~.
 

☆ Lee Sung Yeol 이성열
{ August 27, 1991 : 180 cm : Type B }

He's sort of a freak, but an adorable one. He's hyper, funny, creepy, and does and says anything that comes to mind. He has the most active past prior to Infinite, having acted in "Good Job, Good Job". He is the tallest in Infinite and snores. In "Midnight Idols", Sungjong and him went up to dance and went sort of crazy. Sungyeol is known for being entertaining as hell with his absurd ideas. In YAMO, he directs a 'fake' MV for "She's Back" and it's sort of adorable how the members do everything he wants even when he's like, "Um, I'm feeling like you should just roll down this hill." He sings pretty good and his nicknames are "Elementary Schooler" (meaning he's childish), Genius (it's true), and Lee Directer (from YAMO.) He seems to really like his own cheeks, collects fan letters, thinks he's one of the best looking of the members, considers Dongwoo his rival in weirdness, loves to shower, and was an asshole to his parents. He is precious.

 

☆ Kim Myung Soo 김명수
{ March 13, 1992 : 178 cm : Type O }

Pre-debut, he got dubbed as "L" because he's ~mysterious~ but really, he's a total dork. He has this cold, sort of intimidated, first impression, but he's a sweetheart. (You'll see this in YAMO.) Apparently, he's the messiest member. He's the second youngest, but acts like he isn't. He acted in "God of Study" and also in Epik High's "Run." He exercises a lot, and can rap. He usually ends "She's Back" by being in the middle and totally rocking the air guitar. He's the 'face' of Infinite, because he's gorgeous. He has a really soft heart, and is mildly awkward in public situations. He's also incredibly shy. :) He secretly wants to be a photographer. (How hot is that?) I haven't quite gotten a grasp on him, (since he rarely ever talks, the bastard) but he seems like a daydreamer. :)
 

☆ Lee Sung Jong 이성종
{ September 3, 1993 : 177 cm : Type A }

Every group has that crazy diva, but Sungjong just takes in ten steps further by being ridiculous pretty and having a girly voice. I going to be honest, kid totally messes with my sexuality, because I'm like, "Okay, wow, you're hot, and I love you, but you're hot because you're dressed up like a girl. So, does that make me a straight lesbian..?" I wish I was kidding. Anyway, he's got a million dollar smile, resembles Song Hye Kyo, and can move his body in pretty sinful ways. (Watch "Quiz To Change The World") He looks innocent, but he is full of sass. Woohyun once said in an interview that Sungjong must be going through puberty because he just doesn't answer Woohyun sometimes. (But, then again, Sunggye mentioned something about Woohyun corrupting Sungjong...HMMM.) Anyway, he's a total blast and prettier than you and I will ever be. /forever!bruised ego. Word on the street is that he can sing, but we haven't gotten to see that much. He barely gets any screen time. (Lol, poor kid.) He loves attention from his hyungs, likes to stare at his own reflection, has never been in love, and would like to hang out and dance with aliens if he ever met them. (And, now we see why he doesn't get screen time..)

☆ First Album: Infinite “First Invasion” ☆

First Invasion starts off with attention getting opener followed by the groups single “Come Back Again”. It’s so damn addictive, and it’s cute! Idol magic at it’s best. Following that is “She’s back”, which is not as catchy but flows nicely from the debut single. “Wings” after that is upbeat and cheery but is fast enough to make you tap your toes. “Fixed Star”, the obligatory ballad is slow but builds, and really does give the members a chance to show off their hard work in vocal training. It’s not sleepy, just not really anything new. The final track “맡겨” (translation?) is just as catchy as “Come Back Again”, upbeat and fun. It’s a great album for summer, especially if your hanging out or just trying to get chores done around the house. The album art is nice, just pics of the members which is always a great bonus, but the shoot works with the sound the album: simple and playful.
